REGISTRATION - Governor's Council on Impaired Driving Meeting

The next meeting of the Governor's Council on Impaired Driving is scheduled to be

held 0n December 9, 2020 virtually because of the pandamic. 

Members can participate in the meeting by telephone - and online.  

Please fill out the registration form below so staff can prepare accordingly for the meeting.

Major Case Investigations: Interviewing witnesses; case development and documentation; case

preparation for court.  COST: $60 per hour plus expenses.

Police Expert Witness Services:  Initial case assessment and consultation; follow-up review and

advisement; depositions and court testimony.  COST: $150 per hour plus expenses.  $500 minimum fee for initial

case review, assessment and consultation; $1,500 per day for court testimony and depositions.
